I mean even a simple tactical change with 3 at the back would see an improvement.

If we tried to sell such as Haller, Anderson and Yarmolenko we would have to take a hit on their value, come to West Ham and whatch your career go down the pan, but hey you can earn £100k per week for being crap.

Unfortunately, our team sits miles behind most of the premier league as the squad is too old and too slow . Football has moved on from where we are . It’s all about closing down and breaking at pace ( oh and the ability to defend would help ). We have neither the players or the manager to achieve this .

By being a good manager and assembling a squad to suit your needs. Instead, he's spunked a load of dough on players that don't fit the system he's trying to play.
He's had enough time and more than enough money to at least be a mid table team. As it stands, we're easily one of the 3 worst teams in the league, probably the worst on current form.

It's HIS fault we are now relying on Antonio to keep us up. He has spent £180mil, that is more than enough to ensure you have a team that is not battling relegation.

v Southampton..we actually got the ball forward a lot quicker to haller & car crasher, more one touch..yesterday, returned to form..noble unable to get the ball out to cresswell who had overlapped numerous times...Anderson & lanzini adding no more than what any kids could offer
all of this irrelevant anyway...we have much bigger problems..ie club is a joke

Never said he's the right man to get the best out of them though. No matter who our next manager will be I'm afraid we won't see much progress until the likes of zaba, snodgrass, noble, cresswell, fredericks, sanchez and roberto are replaced. Just watch everton next 2 windows.

Watched the end of MOTD last night and thought Norwich were desperately unlucky.
Minimal resources but had more than enough chances to win. Play some decent stuff and seem to have a good spirit.
Watford with Deeney back seem to have started moving things in the right direction.
Villa with Grealish playing superbly are no world beaters but are giving themselves a chance.
Southampton have bounced back after the 0-9 and now seem back on track.
Long & short of it is that there is one team who look absolutely clueless and would be in everyone’s choice as bottom 3 candidates.
Really struggling to find 3 teams we currently look capable of finishing above.

it was embarrassing for zabaletta all game yesterday - and it wasnt just about " pace" vs zaha - positionally, presence, possession- continually poor, all game long- even when we doubled up on zaha
Second half , they switched their tactics ( see what they did there!?) and put much more down our left side, which exposed creswell in the same manner and guess what, we had no reaction or switch.
How many times did we pass the ball around in front of their goal and not overlap, shoot or attempt to go through? exactly the same as vs arsenal - 10-15 minutes when the game was there to be won and we just fizzle out
